I have been making jewellery for as long as I can remember.
My journey has included Macrame, Plain Beading, Semi-precious Gemstone and Silver Beading, Chainmaille Jewellery, and Silversmithing.
Here are just a few examples from along the way.
Wallet or Key Chain
Basic Chainmaille
This is made from 12 mm split Steel Washers in a chrome and carbon black finish. These washers are normally used with nuts and bolts and are used here to create a 'heavy-duty' chain.
It is made using a Byzantine weave
'Glass Caterpillar'
Bead and Chainmaille
This is made from blue iridescent glass 'doughnut' beads and wire jump rings. The glass beads are 15mm and the jump rings are mixed sizes.
The weave is a restructured form of European 4-in-1.
Flower Pendant
Silversmithing
The flowers in this pendant are made from fine silver, 99% pure. The wires and chain are sterling silver.
The pendant is entirely hand-crafted and finished with a ready-made chain.
